These terms apply to your use of the DocGotGame website and community. The operator is identified above. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; it is not a request for blanket consent to unrelated data uses.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Community accounts are for adults aged 18 and older. You must also meet applicable legal requirements and your sign-in provider's rules. Do not create an account for a younger person or misrepresent your eligibility.
Use an account you are authorized to control. Keep your connected Discord or Kick account secure, maintain accurate account information and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not impersonate Doc, staff or another member. Social sign-in does not make this website part of Discord or Kick.
2. Community participation
Follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, dox, defraud, distribute malware, evade restrictions, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Do not scrape personal member information or private content. Respect profile visibility, blocks, messaging preferences and staff instructions.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in your posts, images, messages and other submissions. By submitting content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display and transmit it as reasonably needed to operate, moderate and back up the website, consistent with its access settings. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising.
Only upload or link content you have the right to share. Obtain permission before sharing another person's private information or images where needed. Removing content ends permission for new ordinary display, subject to retained records, backups, legal requirements and copies already delivered to other users. Report alleged infringement using the contact below, identifying the content, its location and your basis for the complaint.
4. Moderation and account restrictions
Staff may review reports, hide or remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts for rule violations, safety, abuse, legal requirements or service integrity. Serious cases may require action without advance warning. Moderation access and information visibility are described in the Privacy Policy.
You can appeal a decision through the contact below. Give your username, the decision or content involved and a brief explanation. An appeal does not guarantee reversal or an immediate response. Do not evade restrictions while an appeal is being reviewed.
5. Subscriber perks and external payments
Connecting Kick proves control of that account; it does not by itself establish a subscription. Website perks depend on available verification, recorded access deadlines and any reviewed staff exception. Verification can be delayed or unavailable. Website access does not create or renew a Kick subscription.
Kick subscriptions, gifts and purchases on external services are governed by those services' terms, billing and refund processes. This website does not currently sell a separate paid website membership. No exclusive paid website-content service is promised by these terms.
6. Clips, integrations and guild events
Videos remain hosted by the original platform and can become unavailable or restricted. Discord, Kick, Twitch, YouTube, Blizzard and linked services are separately operated and are subject to their own terms. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of this website.
Battle.net connection, manually entered characters, staff-confirmed guild membership and Kick subscriber access are separate. Event signups do not guarantee in-game invitations, a group place outside the website or calendar synchronization. Events can change or be cancelled; check the latest details and displayed timezone.
7. Availability and responsibility
Features, schedules, perks and content may change. Streams, events, notifications and personal replies are not guaranteed. We may maintain, suspend or discontinue features as needed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or that every third-party item is accurate or available. You are responsible for your conduct and for keeping copies of content important to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
8. Leaving the service and changes
You may stop using the website and request account deletion through the contact below. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically erase the account. Retention and request handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms and their effective date. Material changes will receive appropriate notice through the website or another suitable channel; additional agreement will be sought where required.

A website account is not required. Verify your email to access the conversation; this alone does not prove ownership of an account you ask us to change or delete.
