Operator: DocGotGame, operated by Doc
Effective date: 2026-11-02
This policy explains how DocGotGame handles information when you visit the website, sign in, connect accounts or use the community. It covers this website; Kick, Discord, Blizzard and other linked services have their own privacy practices.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, provider-supplied display name, local account identifier, connected Discord or Kick account IDs, account status and account timestamps.
- Profile information you provide: community username, display name, biography, avatar, cover image, privacy settings and messaging preferences.
- Community content and activity: posts, comments, uploaded images, submitted clip links, reactions, follows, blocks, private messages, notifications, read indicators and associated timestamps.
- Subscriber verification: connected Kick IDs, signed subscription/chat verification records, access deadlines, subscription expiry information, badge eligibility, staff verification reasons and audit records. A qualifying subscriber chat event may be processed to verify access; this is not a general archive of Kick chat.
- Optional Battle.net and guild features: linked Battle.net account ID and BattleTag, character details you enter, roster visibility choices, staff-confirmed guild labels, event signups and related notifications. Battle.net linking confirms account identity, not ownership of manually entered characters.
- Safety and support records: reports, reported items, moderation decisions and reasons, staff audit history and information you send when requesting help.
- Technical information: session and security cookies, authentication-flow information, request timestamps and technical logs. Web hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, requested URLs, browser/user-agent details and errors.
Contact and support tickets
When you open a ticket, we collect your email address, category, subject, message, ticket reference, email-verification records, replies, status changes and staff handling records. Email, subjects and message bodies are encrypted in the ticket database. Authorized support staff can read them as needed; privacy requests and moderation appeals require additional staff permission. Internal staff notes are not shown to requesters.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on support submissions and access-link requests to help detect automated abuse. Your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical/device information for that purpose; our server validates the challenge token and sends the request IP address to Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Rate limits and a hidden spam-trap field provide additional protection.
Notification emails contain a ticket reference and access instructions, not conversation text. Access links are secret, single-use and short-lived. Anyone holding an unused link can use it, so do not share it. Ticket sessions expire; request a fresh link if needed. Email providers process delivery metadata and notification content. Website replies, rather than inbound email replies, are supported.
Unverified tickets are normally removed after 7 days. Resolved or closed tickets are normally removed 180 days after closure, except where a documented retention hold is needed for an ongoing issue or legal obligation. Open tickets remain while the request is being handled. Cleanup runs through scheduled maintenance; backup copies may remain until backup rotation. Request earlier deletion through a privacy ticket where appropriate. A support ticket does not authorize automatic deletion of someone else's account.
2. Social sign-in and optional account connections
Discord and Kick authenticate you on their own services. We do not ask for or receive your Discord, Kick or Battle.net password. We receive the account information made available through the authorization you approve. The identity-only account-linking implementation does not retain your personal provider access or refresh tokens after completing the connection; limited temporary sign-in state is held to complete and protect the login flow. Operator-owned integration credentials are managed separately.
A local website account is created or linked even when you use social sign-in. Disconnecting a provider or revoking its authorization does not automatically delete that website account or previously stored community content.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate members, operate profiles and community features, deliver private messages and notifications, verify subscriber access, organize guild events, apply privacy settings and blocks, investigate reports, prevent abuse, maintain backups, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Information you choose to submit is associated with your website account.
4. What other people can see
Profile visibility, space permissions and other settings affect who can see your profile and activity. Public content can be viewed, copied or shared by visitors. Members you message can read and retain those messages. A block or later visibility change cannot recall a copy someone already received.
Email addresses and connected-provider IDs are not displayed as public community profile fields. BattleTags are not displayed in the community guild roster. Do not include private information in your public profile, content or uploads.
Private messages are stored on the website and are not end-to-end encrypted. The moderation interface limits a reported-message review to that reported item; it does not open the rest of a conversation. Authorized operators with technical access may access stored information where necessary for administration, support, security or legal obligations. The automated Docnation Bot does not read replies.
5. Service providers, integrations and disclosure
Hosting, infrastructure and technical administration providers process information needed to run and protect the site. Discord and Kick process sign-in requests; Battle.net processes optional account connections. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse or protect people and the service.
Stream and video embeds can connect your browser directly to Kick, Twitch, YouTube/Google or their delivery providers, including when the containing page loads. Those services can receive your IP address, browser details and playback interactions and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their practices are governed by their policies and settings. Following an external link also takes you to a separately operated service.
We do not offer community account records for sale. Third-party embedded services may process information for their own purposes, including measurement or advertising; this policy does not represent that those services are free of tracking.
6. Cookies and browser controls
Website cookies support sign-in sessions and request security. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other features. Embedded services can use additional cookies or identifiers. Browser and provider controls may let you restrict these, although playback may be affected. The website does not currently provide a site-wide control that prevents all embedded-platform requests.
The application does not currently use the browser's Do Not Track signal to change its behavior. Do Not Track and legally recognized opt-out preference signals are different; any applicable opt-out rights can be raised through the contact below.
7. Retention, removal and backups
Account information and content are retained to operate the account and community. Notification, bot-delivery and security records may have separate retention settings. Hiding, removing or unlisting an item does not necessarily erase its underlying database record immediately.
We may retain limited information needed for security, moderation records, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Backups may contain earlier copies until those backups are rotated or expire. Removing information from the active site does not instantly remove it from all backups or copies held by other members or external services. We do not promise that every record is deleted immediately when you disconnect an account.
8. Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile and privacy settings, manage blocks, disconnect optional connections, withdraw event signups and disable optional bot reminders. You must keep a working sign-in method to access your account.
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have additional rights to portability, restriction, objection or complaint to a regulator. We may need to verify the request and explain any lawful limitations. Account deletion is handled by the site team; disconnecting a provider alone is not a deletion request. Do not send a password to prove account ownership.
9. Adults-only community and security
Community accounts are restricted to people aged 18 and older. Do not create an account if you are younger. Contact us if you believe an underage person has an account. We will investigate and take appropriate steps concerning access and associated information.
We use access controls and other operational safeguards, but no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your connected-provider accounts and report suspected account misuse.
10. Location and changes
The operator, hosting services and connected platforms may process information in countries different from yours. Contact us with questions about where information is processed. We will update this page and its effective date when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain permission where applicable law requires it. Material changes may also be announced through the website.
Contact
For questions or account help, open a private support ticket. Use Privacy / data request for privacy and deletion requests, or Moderation appeal to appeal a decision. A website account is not required. Verify your email to access the conversation; this alone does not prove ownership of an account you ask us to change or delete. Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents.
